Wow! That is a splurge, all right. I do love shirt-style jackets, so maybe I can find a cheaper one. You have me thinking about editing and standards, though. If I don't trust the editor's judgment about printing off-color language or the content of articles (as you describe in a previous post), maybe I shouldn't trust the judgment of the fashion looks and prices the editor is recommending. Hmm ... makes me think.
ReplyDeleteThat makes sense. However, I am not saying that Marie Claire's looks are good because they say so; I am saying they are classy looks that the magazine has done a good job at embracing.
